2.Recruiting positions

1. Touch quality manager

1. College degree or above, under 40 years old, with 3 years or more experience in quality management;

2. Familiar with quality management system, industry standards and related raw materials; Familiar with touch related product manufacturing process and production flow;

3. Good communication and coordination skills, rigorous work attitude, strong sense of quality, and good professional ethics;

4. Analyze and deal with departmental quality accidents, communicate with customers; Participate in supplier audit and new material identification;

5. Quick thinking, quick response, can adapt to business trips.

6. Salary: 9-15K/ month

2. Touch production manager

1. College degree or above, under 45 years old, 3 years or more experience in production management related to touch control;

2. Familiar with the process flow and quality management of TP, cover plate and assembly products, with strong communication, organization and coordination skills;

3. Able to work under pressure.

4. Salary: 12-20K/ month

3. Development Director/Project Manager

1. More than 5 years working experience in LCM module factory structure/electronic design or project management, college degree or above;

2. Familiar with LCM LCD module, touch screen, backlight design, product structure, performance material, process flow and technical requirements;

3. Can independently complete the process of product development, design, verification, trial production, mass production introduction; Supervise the overall progress and quality of product development, organize the management of research and development projects and the arrangement and filing of related documents;

4. Have strong cost awareness and coordination ability, cheerful and optimistic personality, team spirit.

5. Salary: 15-35K/ month

4. Electronic engineer

1. More than three years of LCM LCD module factory electronic design related work experience, college degree or above;

2. Familiar with PADS, AD and other software, capable of schematic diagram, PCBFPC design and product development process;

3. Familiar with product technical problem handling and assist in production and quality anomaly handling;

4. Have strong execution ability, coordination ability, strong initiative, and good sense of team cooperation.

5 Salary: 12-25K/ month

5. Structural Engineer

1. More than 5 years working experience in LCM LCD module factory structure design, college degree or above;

2. Proficient in LCM and B/L structure design, product development process, design change process;

3. Independently complete design drawings, BOM specifications and material sample signing, and issue mass production materials equivalent to finished product sample signing;

4. New product trial production management progress and sample production; Respond to the customer's abnormal problem positive feedback, and independently travel to solve the problem.

5. Salary: 10-20K/ month
