Chairman's speech

The atmosphere at the annual meeting was warm and extraordinary, and the passionate opening dance came to a successful end, officially announcing the opening of this annual event. Then, the former chairman delivered a speech on the stage, and expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to customers, suppliers, the preparatory team and all the family members of SAT, thanking everyone for their hard work over the past year.

Looking back at 2024, SAT successfully achieved key objectives such as capacity expansion and optimization. Looking ahead to 2025, we have a clear goal to achieve overall revenue growth of 10%, with a focus on "transformation" and "saving money." In order to attract talents, the company offers an hourly wage of 10% above the market standard, as well as a number of job allowances and other benefits. SAT is not only a career platform for employees to grow, but also a warm harbor for life, welcome outstanding talents to join, common progress, support suppliers and customers, resist bad habits, and promote sustainable development. Security Control Center:

On the occasion of the old year and the New Year, security sales director Ye Chunhui extended sincere thanks to the hard partners, management cadres and partners. In the past year, although the security industry was affected by the downturn in the real estate market and faced many challenges, the security control center adhered to the concept of innovation and service first, actively adjusted the strategy, optimized product services, and made remarkable achievements: the performance increased by 2%, the product series was improved, and won the quality recognition of customers, and the production capacity and management were also upgraded. Looking forward to 2025, although the challenges are still severe, we will continue to adhere to the principle of "sincerity, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and the pursuit of excellence", optimize the production line, cultivate talents, and strengthen management.

Touch Center + Intelligent Control Center:

Yuming Yuan, director of overseas sales, mentioned in his speech that in 2024, we implemented the contract system, and although there were many difficulties at the beginning, the results were remarkable. The touch center completed the annual target ahead of schedule in November, and the intelligent control center also successfully completed the task at the end of the year, and the performance increased against the trend. This is due to the company's comprehensive product, supply chain and operations system. In the same year, the industrial control module business segment was established, and in only two months, it took the small household appliances industry as a breakthrough, successfully developed alternative core accessories and solutions, and achieved a breakthrough from 0 to 1, demonstrating the research and development strength, and laid the foundation for the development of the new track. However, we also know that the challenges ahead are huge, the market is highly competitive and the industry is changing rapidly. We must follow the trend, stick to our original intention, meet difficulties head-on, do solid work and move steadily in the right direction.

CNC center + Parts Center:

Wei Yajuan, general manager of the CNC Center, reviewed the year 2024, Vision Antong CNC Center has achieved fruitful results in the field of display, INCELL dedicated line has been put into operation, the Group exhibition hall has been put into use, the digital business has added five brand customers of listed companies, the performance of the digital department has increased by 32%, and the vehicle machinery department has increased by 22%. With our keen market insight and close team collaboration, we have broken through challenges and consolidated our brand image. Looking forward to 2025, we will increase investment in research and development, deepen the market, precision marketing, enhance brand influence, train new people, strengthen internal management and team building, and move forward with the attitude of a game-breaker to create more brilliant performance.
