Job requirements:

1. More than five years of work experience in structural/electronic design or project management in LCM module factories, with a college degree or above;

2. Familiar with the product structure, performance, mechanism, and usage methods in the LCM industry, with a solid theoretical foundation and technical work experience;

3. Familiar with the design, structure, material, process flow, and technical requirements of LCM LCD modules, touch screens, and backlights;

4. Supervise the overall progress and quality of product development, organize the management of research and development projects, and organize and file relevant documents;

5. Can independently complete the process of product research and development, design, validation, trial production, and mass production introduction;

6. Strong cost awareness, outgoing and optimistic personality, positive and proactive in mutual assistance and friendship, and a team spirit;
